How to Get a Real Person at Cricket
To talk to a live human, dial 1-800-274-2538 and then press 1 for English. Then say “speak to a representative” after the voice says “How May I Help You?” You will then be asked to choose from a few options that you want to discuss with the agent. Press 4 to be added to the queue for a service rep. Note:use this option if you need help finding your Cricket phone number.

What time does Cricket customer service close?
9PM EST Mondays through Saturdays, and Sunday at 11PM, but on Sunday you have to use chat only.
When is my Cricket bill due?
The bill is always due the same date each month. Whatever date you activated your phone on, is the beginning of your monthly cycle. So the due date is one day before that date. If you activated on June 14, then your bill is due on July 13. The due date can be changed by calling 1-800-274-2538.
Does Cricket lock phones?
Yes, phones can be locked to the Cricket Network. To unlock, the phone bill must have been paid for at least six months. The account must be in good standing (not fraudulent) and of course the phone must be legit (not stolen or lost).
